Application sentBuilt for the tightest rental markets — customizable, automated and transparent.
Write your own application letter with smart placeholders. We tailor it to each apartment and show a live preview — no generic copy-paste.
Landlord replies land in one place. Accept, decline or confirm a viewing in one click — we send it from your own address.
Keep every viewing appointment organized in one schedule so you never double-book or miss one.
Connect Gmail in one click, or any Outlook/IMAP inbox. We read only landlord replies — nothing else — and let you reply in your name.
Monitor, review-before-send, or full auto. A global pause and blacklist keep you safe. Every action is logged.
Popular listings vanish in minutes. We apply within seconds of a match — so you're near the top, not applicant #200.

Tell us the city, budget and rooms you're after — and write your application message once.
Link ImmoScout24 or Kleinanzeigen so we can apply, and your inbox so replies land here.
